Work at Ski Resorts
Every winter UK-based holiday companies employ hundreds of seasonal staff to work in European ski resorts. There are jobs all over the french, austrian, swiss and italian alps for childcare staff, reps, chalet hosts, hotel managers, housekeepers, drivers, chefs, cooks, catering assistants, instructors, bar & waiting staff. As well as working in a beautiful alpine location with a great social life these jobs offer fantastic employment packages which include a competitive salary, return travel to resort, full board accommodation and free skiing in your time off. Work at UK Adventure Centres
There are residential Adventure Activity Centres all over the UK who recruit hundres of graduates and gap year students every year for seasonal live-in positions. Applicants normally need some previous experience of working with young people and/or a background in adventure activities or environmental/field studies. You will be fully trained to teach activities such as archery or abseiling and will be given the opportunity to teach programmes to residential school groups.
